Appointment Cancellation Policy

In an effort to maintain an elevated facial experience, no shows will be charge 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will be charged $50, this includes appointments made within 24hrs. Please be mindful that each treatment is a detailed experience where ample time is reserved, be sure you are able to make your appointment as canceling less than 24hrs may rob any potential guest of coming in a short notice. Plan accordingly.

Special Instructions

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment as this may interfere on the time reserved for the guest before you. Haus of glow is a safe space dedicated to your individual needs.

No Plus Ones

Please do not bring anyone who isn’t scheduled for a service. We try to make our space as private and quiet as possible for the guests who are relaxing.

No Children Policy

Regretfully, we have a no children policy. While we understand that this can be difficult for some, our space is one that requires no distractions or noises. Please don’t plan to bring children to your appointment. Haus of Glow might actually be very unfun and potentially unsafe for small children.

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any class will result in a forfeit of the down payment of the class.
